We receive limited information from our payment processor, Paddle, relating to your subscription and transaction status. We do not receive or store your full payment card details — these are handled directly by Paddle. See Section 5.

- To send marketing communications — only where you have consented, and you may withdraw consent at any time (legal basis: consent)

5. Payment Processing (Paddle)
Our order process and subscription billing are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment information (such as card details and billing address) directly. We do not store your full payment card details.
To enable checkout and subscription management, we load Paddle's JavaScript on our site, which may set cookies and process technical data. 6. Cookies and Analytics

- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections
8. International Data Transfers

- Active account data is retained for as long as your account remains active
- Following account deletion, your design data is permanently deleted after a 30-day retention period
- Backup data is deleted in line with our backup retention schedule
- Some data may be retained for longer where required to meet legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations
10. Your Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data in certain circumstances
- Restriction — ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances
- Portability — request your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format
